The planning is managed via this website. Once you have logged in, you get acces to our reservation roster, which is actually a program that reflects at any given time the current reservations. You can use this very intuitive program to make your own reservation which will be displayed imediately after you made the reservation.

When you are still looking for someone to operate the sim for you, you select 'flightmate needed' and your name will be displayed in blue. The other option is to select 'no flightmate needed', which results in your name being shown in red. Empty fields are shown in green.
